In this section, we are going to talk about the sub-scores of the Duolingo test.
Duolingo test subscores are a part of this test report and have caused many universities around the world to recognize and accept this test.
Those who took the test before 7th of July 2019 can willingly add Duolingo subscores to their report. When you add, there is no way back and they can not be deleted.
Subscores of Duolingo test are divided into 4 sections: literacy, Comprehension, Conversation, Production. And each of these sections contains other sections.
1_ Literacy: Dictation (C-test), writing, Real Word (text)
2_ Conversation: Speaking, WFD (Listening), elicited speech, Real Word (audio)
3_ Comprehension: Dictation (C-test), WFD (Listening) , elicited speech, Real Word (text), Real Word (audio)
4_ Production: Speaking and Writing
Description of the four subscores of the Duolingo test:
1_ Literacy means having basic knowledge regarding writing and reading.
2_ Comprehension section means understanding your content (ability to read and listen, reading and listening)
3_ Conversation part means the ability to communicate. How much you can listen and answer in a conversation.
4_ Production section means producing your sentence (speaking and writing)
Note: Elicited speech means using the information in the question to answer, and the more information you can extract and infer from the question itself, the higher score of this section you can get.
